Treasurer's Report:
We have a balance of $57.95
We had $177.95
Sent World and Region $50 Each
Brought in $50 from the Mon/Wed Group
Spent $15 on rent and $55 for the P.O. Box

H&I- I recieved no H&I report. I do know that Gilbert gave Tiff a report and it made it to Region.

The letter to send to the Hastings Groups asking for their return to Area, was not sent. Amends were made and the Area was assured it would be delivered this week

AD report;
The following votes are needed;

Groups need to forward money to Area so Area can forward it to Region. Both Area and Region are low on funds.
The next assembly topic is on the Zonal Forum, before the next Region
End of AD report

We need nominations for the following Area positions;
Facilitator
Treasurer

As an Area we need to better support Region and World
We talked about having a fund raiser or dance after the Jan. Region Meeting. It was decided that a Group or 2 should take it on as the Area doesn't have enough money.
The possability of having an H&I workshop in Feb. or maybe April, to conincide with a Group funtion was also discussed.
The lowest cost of a storage unit for Region was around $22 a month.

If the person who receives this is not the person who will take this information to the meeting/Group that is named on the envelope, please let me know who that person is. These minutes are being sent to you because the Area is under the assumption that you are willing to do this task. Next Area meeting the 11th of November, 2001, at St Stephens Church, Grand Island.
The Area is from 1:00 to 3:00
