Treasurer's Report:
$22.95, $60 deposit from Electric Candlelight. $50 deposit from Mon/Wed. Nooners. $132.95 W/ $45prudent reserve (Balance $87) There was a $15 discrepency which was taken care of and there was $50 on the books that didn't come in until today.

H&I- Workshop / learning day will be taken back to our H&I chair about getting started.

The funtion after Jan Region was brought up and it will be taken back to Groups again.

New Business The Friday Nite Camel Group wrote 2 bad checks to the Convention. Check # 1322 9/14/01 for $20 and #1324 9/30/01 for $25. There was a $2 per check charge. Gina spoke with Carey from the Camel Group and he will take it back to their tresurer and they will be sending a $49 check to Gina to cover the checks and the bank fees.

Gina recieved Reaching Out it was divided between the Hall Co. Jail and the Hastings Regional Center (Corrections/ adolesents)

We need to discuss the Area P.O. box, Tabled 'till next Area.

Tuesday night meeting in Hastings has changed location. Their new address is 621 W. 6th st. West door. Downstairs and the time has been changed to 8:00pm. It's the First United Methodist Church.

Freedom Seekers doing well
New Horizons, closed meeting. First Tuesday of every month is open / birthday meeting and covered dish potluck.
Victor has delivered the letter to the Hastings Groups. Kevin S. stated they have been read over & over again at meetings.

Tabled the bid we recieved from I-80 Holiday Inn for NRCNA in 2003.

Unity Day Fair / Fund raiser for NRCNA 19. All the Groups in G.I. & Hastings would host booths on their own with a dance that night. Sometime this spring...May 4th?

Thanx Kevin for taking the minutes for me as I was visiting my mom. Thanx also to Vic for all the service work and help he has given the Area in the past 13 years. You will be missed!
