Rod went over the treasury. We had many donations!

Also, we are still looking for a new treasurer. Sandy volunteered, but the Area would like the new Treasurer to attend a couple of meetings before getting the position. Gina volunteered to be the temporary treasurer. Thanx Gina!

Phone List;
Lin talked about the phone list for the Area. He is really enthused about it and his enthusiasm is catchy. He has been distributing sign-up sheets to meetings, if your Group doesn't have one ask him. After the sheets are returned (by December Area) we will decide which way to go. Thanx for the extra service work Lin!
James talked about the Regional Center Meeting. There are some changes going on there. It was sugested that he get a hold of Gary D. from Malcom and see if he could offer James some guidence. The really need speakers every other Wed. Nite at the Regional Center. 1 yr. clean is recomended. If interested please call James at 402-462-5273. Please pass this on!
The pizza at the last Region went over good. We talked about having a function after the next Region Meeting. We can get Alda for it. We are going to ask to see if the Region wants to meet there also. Any money we make will go to the Convention. James will check with 'Hoot' to see if he will do the music. Tiff has raffle items. We are looking at having Sloppy Joes, Chips, and a pop for $2.00. Lin is going to check with Tina and see if she'll cook them. Gus R. will make the flyer. The dance will be freewill donations.

Lin will get a hold of George H. and get the cards and hand stamp with the phone line number on it from him.
T-Shirts,
We still have some T-Shirts out there for sale. It was suggested these be brought back in and we'll take them to functions and see if we can sell them. It was mentioned that we could think about a new design.
The Area would like to know what the Groups think about getting a central meeting area. Please bring this up in your Group.
Candy said she would like to remain as Area Delegate.
Remember if you want your functions on the Web page all you have to do is send them to me.
Lin brought his notes he made at the Region Meeting. Some of the stuff that went on were; We sent World a donation of $2186.
This Area has got the bid for the 2001 NA Regional Convention. We need lotsa help on this everyone. The next meeting will be at 3:15 on Sunday the 10th of December after the Area Meeting.
