Groups
Rod went over the treasurer report. The statements were passed around for everyone attending to look at.
We talked about the area flyer and where is it?
The 800 number was discussed. There was much discussion of how to insure that the meeting list the operators had was correct. The PI committee will look into this.
We decided not to have a dance after the next Region meeting.
The T-Shirt designs will be displayed on Saturday at Region and voted on at the Area Meeting on Sunday.
There was much communication about communication
CNASC decided that we were not going to have a CAR meeting. Maybe next time!
Since we didn't receive any minutes or a bio of Vickey P. the GSR's decided we could not vote on this.
We had a lot of discussion over the money in the Treasury. We talked about everything over $310 sent on and the same for everything over $510. As of this meeting we are not sending any on yet.
