New Day Group Donation of $63.09
We have an ending balance of $366.04

H&I- Report sent with minutes
It was decided not to have a learning day. A training was discussed for people going to H&I meetings. Problem continues to be addicts fufilling what they agreed to do.

AD report;
The following votes are needed:
Region to donate $50/quarter to zonal forums to build a prudent reserve of $1000. (there are 5 or 6 Regions in our zone)
Region to rent a storage unit in this area for arcives and banners and such. Cost between $20 to $25 a month.

The next assembly topic is on the Conferance Agenda Report, before the next Region
Next quarter the Region Needs $2500 and we will have only $900 in the account.

New Business Unity Day Fair / Fund raiser for NRCNA 19. All the Groups in G.I. & Hastings would host booths on their own (if they want too) with a dance that night.Eric will contac Kevin Sass. Candy will check on the Cairo Gym and the hall in Kenesaw. Gina will check Donnifen. Gilbert is going to get a hold of the McCook group and see if they would like to join in.

Nominations are open for secretary. January was my last meeting. Thanx for allowing me to serve!!

The contac person with World (for our Area) needs to be changed. Gus still needs to do this
