Central Nebraska Area Minutes

I would like to start out by saying thanks to Gina F. for her help as I choose not to attend this past Area Meeting. From Experience I know it is very hard to interpret others peoples notes so I'm sure mistakes will be made. I am writing what Gina wrote and adding what I think it means.

Groups
Greg Topic #1 Concern, asking why Area helped with January Region Meeting and why is the Hastings Group (s?) doing the April one.After sharing the issue was resolved.
Kevin suggested that we bring a member of NA to our next Area Meeting not by promotion but by attraction.
Rod gave a treasurer report. ( I didn't receive it )
Nominations for ASR. Candy was voted as our new ASR with a 4 to 1 vote.
Sam declined nominations
Lin volunteered to assist.
Gary volunteered to be Co-ASR (part time)
George volunteered to be Co-ASR
Take back to groups for a vote on Co-ASR. Bring vote back to next area.

1-800# - its a go ahead after Candy spoke w/Kevin.
PI committee: Report attached. (?)
Web page: ask Gus...ask me what?

Votes on 2 motions at Region; Electric Candlelight and Nooners voted yes. No nominations. All other Groups will take back. Geneva has nominations for web master Tim P. *(NOTE: A bio will have to make to Region Meeting for this)
Area concern about the $25 that was marked for 6 months fliers at Groups/Meetings. Make sure they are getting announced. *(NOTE I have talked to Dane about this and, as last time, the minutes were sent to each Group. If you are not receiving your minutes you need to talk to whomever is picking up your mail for your Group or ask Dane what address he has for your Group. )
Area decided in consensus that there will be a generic flier made by next Area to be approved by Area. Then we will decide what to do with the flier.
Gary R. will make the flier.
Fliers for functions: Candy volunteered to copy fliers for all Groups and giving them to Area Members. George donated a ream of paper.
April 8th Region Meeting. We want to sponcer a dance. George will check on a D.J. An activities Sub-Comm. is formed.
T-Shirts for the celebration of this Area to sell for cost rounded off to an even buck, to carry the message vrs. money making! There will be a contest with 2 month time limit ending in April. T-Shirt design will be voted on at March Area Meeting.
Greg Volunteered for the fliers. The flier should read; T-Shirt contest, Central NE Area of NA. Other info was given to Greg.
How/Who? George will give a bid of $10 depending on design. Sam and Kevin will also get bids, by March meeting.
What happened to Area Meeting lists that were voted on in December?
