We began our meeting with a Moment of Silence followed by the Serenity Prayer. After that we read last months minutes.

Talked about putting a directory together for Area. 10 Directories for each meeting. Dane volunteered to do this. If groups want contact phone numbers they need to bring them to next Area.
Area Function after the Region Meeting;
We decided to get pizza for the Area function after the Region meeting Candy and Gina are in charge of ordering this. They have up to $250 to spend on it.
Open meeting.
Everyone's to bring their favorite game and raffle Item.
We put a Lit order in for $161.02
Gina is going to go ahead and get the TV meeting lists going. Channel 6 for cable and 56 without.
Talked about different ways to get the message out (PI). Everyone agreed it should be done but not sure if we have resources to complete.
Gus needs to find out more about the NA phone line.
The following addicts are going to the Region meeting in January; Greg, Gus, Ed, Robert, and Candy. They will going to represent our Area and learn about Region. It was recommended that elected ASR and Alt. attend numerous different meetings within the Area to help with communication with Area/Groups.
Talked about the signature card. Someone on the card needs to go. Rod said he would get a hold of Ernie and that Ernie said he would go to the bank. Other signatures included; Linn, Tom B. and Angie.
We split up the literature from the Area H&I committee. It was decided it would be better helping the still suffering addict if it was out and about.
