Treasurer's Report:
$30 rent for Nov. and Dec.

Contributions are;
$50 from the Mon/Wed Nooners
$60 from the Electric Candlelight.
$200 from the Survivors Group.

Gina would like to close the books at the end of the year and start fresh in 2002.

H&I- Workshop / learning day will be taken back to our H&I chair about getting started.

New Business H&I Report;
Volunters are not going when they said they would. Gilbert said even when he called them before the meeting and they said they'd be there they sometimes wouldn't show up and did not find replacements for themselves. This should be announced in meetings. Information on having the H& I learning day/ vollyball tourney, this spring will be passed on to the sub-comm.
We need to discuss paying for the Area P.O. box with the New Day Group, Lydia will bring info to the next Area.

Unity Day Fair / Fund raiser for NRCNA 19. All the Groups in G.I. & Hastings would host booths on their own (if they want too) with a dance that night. Maybe at the Adams County Fairgrounds? Sometime this spring...May 4th?

Nominations are open for secretary.

The contac person with World (for our Area) needs to be changed.

We talked about sending thank you's out to the Groups that made donations to Area.
