Treasurer's Report:
After rent we were at $175.95 and brought in $32 for TShirts. We decided to raffle off the last two Tshirts.

H&I- Gilbert volunteered to be the Area H&I coordinator. He will begin by getting a hold of the addicts who signed the sheets and try to get something going in the H.C. Jail.
York is looking for women for the Institution there.

We had a long discussion about whether we are fulfilling a function, for the Groups, at Area. The Group Conscience we had was that we were. By meeting every month the service we are providing is offering the Groups in the Area THE OPPORTUNITY to be part of other Groups in the Area. Just like addicts need other addicts and an addict alone is in bad company, the same holds true for Groups. Keeping the Area going for the Groups is like keeping a meeting going when only 2 addicts attend.

If the person who receives this is not the person who will take this information to the meeting/Group that is named on the envelope, please let me know who that person is. These minutes are being sent to you because the Area is under the assumption that you are willing to do this task.
