Groups
Gina went over the treasury. We have an ending balance of $308.86 Spent $89.50 on Pizza Hut, $15 for Rent, and a deposit of $75 From the Electric Candlelight Group
Also, we are still looking for a new treasurer. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR NOMINATIONS! Gina volunteered to be the temporary treasurer. Thanx again Gina!
They really need speakers every other Wed. Nite at the Regional Center. 1 yr. clean is recommended. If interested please call James at 402-462-5273. Please pass this on!

We have the stamp and all our jail lit has been stamped and taken to the jails.

This Area has got the bid for the 2001 NA Regional Convention. The theme is " Trust the Process" We need lotsa help on this everyone. The next meeting will be at 3:15 on Sunday, the 13th of May, after the Area Meeting.
The Area has formed an H&I Sub-Committee. It will meet before next month's Area at 1:00 . Click Here for minutes
July Funtion; The Thursday nite VA meeting and the Alda Meeting have asked to host the street dance. The Area was ok with that.
The 12 concepts were divided amoung Groups and members of Area. Gina is ordering another 12 copies.
We need nominations for Area Service Rep and the Alt. So far we have Lin and Kevin nominated.
The Area is donating 10 Basic texts to the Convention. We will also pass them around to be signed. We are also making a donation of $100 to Region. We have taken the money in the T-Shirt fund and put it into the general treasury.
We tabled some discussion on moving the Area meeting to the first Sunday of the month because of a conflic in Hastings.
Next Area meeting the 13th of May., 2001, at St Stephens Church, Grand Island.
The H&I Sub-Comm. will meet at 1:00
The Area is from 1:30 to 3:00
The Convention Comm. will meet from 3:15 to 5:00
