Rod went over the treasurer report. The statements were passed around for everyone attending to look at.
No word on the Area flyer this month.
The 800 number was discussed again. The PI committee will look into this.
We talked about the T-Shirt contest. We voted on designs and Candy is check'n on prices. We will spend around $300 for the T-Shirts.
There was a lot of discussion on what to do with the money that was earmarked for H&I. We found it was really hard to make desions without an H&I committee. It was decided that we would buy 12 basic texts and distubute them to area jail/institutions.
